Cranbourne Daycare & Kindergarten Centre (CDC&KC), affectionately known as Judy Clarkson’s CDC&KC, is proud to be a trusted part of the local community. Today, our network includes eight education centres—Seven Centre-Based Care services and one Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program—all conveniently located within the central Cranbourne & Clyde area.
Established in 1968, we have proudly celebrated over 58 years of educating and caring for children in our community.
Each year, we support around 800 families, providing children with the foundations, confidence, and life skills they carry with them throughout their learning journey. Our dedicated educators and nurturing teams are at the heart of everything we do.
All children in our centres are guided by qualified educators, and we take pride in maintaining small, intimate group sizes to ensure personalised attention and meaningful learning experiences. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to support each child’s individual development, interests, and strengths.
We also offer fully funded kindergarten programs, delivered by highly qualified and experienced kindergarten teachers, providing children with a strong and confident start to their educational journey.
Our Outside School Hours Care program supports families across 11 local schools. With a fleet of eleven minibuses and our “walking school bus,” we ensure children travel safely to and from school each day. Our purpose-built OSHC service, Schoolie Central, offers an engaging, age-appropriate environment for children in Grades 4 to 6, complete with facilities such as a BMX track and basketball court. During school holidays, we run a fun-filled vacation care program featuring a wide range of exciting excursions, incursions, and activities with a big focus on FUN!

At CDC&KC, we proudly participate in the Victorian Free Kindergarten Scheme, helping reduce your out-of-pocket costs by $47.70 per week throughout the kindergarten year—while still giving you access to our convenient extended hours before and after kinder.
In 2026, our kindergarten program starts from as little as $1.44 per day.*
